Currently, we don't offer UK or international shipping as standard on any of our items. We will consider shipping on a case-by-case basis, this can be discussed with the customer directly, and the costs can be mutually agreed upon.
This is because of the size, age and fragility of some of our items and also a desire not to have items returned. We want you to see the product in the flesh and be happy with your purchases. The preference is to either have the customer collect the items from our home base in Rochester, Kent or my office in the Canary Wharf, London, during the week, Monday - Thursday.
In-person delivery is also an option in Kent, London and the South East by arrangement. A cost for the time, petrol etc. will be discussed and agreed upon in advance to ensure both parties are happy.
We stand by our products, their authenticity, quality, electrical work, PAT testing etc. Once you have either collected or been delivered your product by one of our team and are happy with it, the sale is final, and no refunds will be offered. That said, if there are any electrical problems or you are not happy in any way, we will do our level best to rectify the situation with you directly and be open and transparent with the customer.
